1. How would you describe your work in three words?
Snap crackle pop.
2. Who is your creative role model?
I used to be into the forest, but now it’s all about the ocean – but only in the winter months.
3. If you had an extra hour each day what would you do with it?
Probably surf for porn.
4. What place in the world most inspires you and why?
The island of lamu off of kenya. it’s what comes to mind when i think of thomas more and utopia.
5. If you could do a different job for a day what would it be and why?
Director of human rights watch, because the level of debate needs to be raised on so many issues.
6. What is your favorite homemade gift to give?
A vintage brag book filled with memories.
7. What is your favorite object in your home?
My afghan quilt that my great grandmother knitted for me.
8. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Create your own legend” – Platon
9. What websites do you use for inspiration?
The new shelton wet/dry, Secret Forts, The Economist.
10. When do you consider a piece of your work complete?
Life is an ongoing project.
