Her one-of-a-kind line is Elizabeth’s personal solution to the overwhelming amount of waste produced by the fashion industry. 1. How would you describe your work in three words?
Laborious, detailed, wearable.

2. Who is your creative role model?
Mother Nature.

3. If you had an extra hour each day what would you do with it?
Walk on the beach with my dog Miso.

4. What place in the world most inspires you and why?
It’s not a particular place so much as what’s happening at any given moment, anywhere. I just have to pay attention and then the inspiration comes.

5. If you could do a different job for a day what would it be and why?
I’d do something I have no business doing like, acting in a movie, or singing on stage.

6. What is your favorite homemade gift to give?
I make homemade gifts every year for the holidays but the most appreciation comes from something wearable like, a hand-knit scarf.

7. What is your favorite object in your home?
My robe. It’s soft, warm and when I put it on I feel like I’m getting a big hug.

8. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Keep moving forward…no matter what!

9. What websites do you use for inspiration?
Alabama Chanin and bunch of others that I find randomly.

10. When do you consider a piece of your work complete?
When it I want to keep it for myself.
