1. How would you describe your work in three words?
Clear, meaningful, colored.

2. Who is your creative role model?
I have had different masters, from Lorenzo Mattotti and Fortunato Depero to Charley Harper and Saul Bass. In general every image where I see a spark that makes me look at it over and over is an inspiration.

3. If you had an extra hour each day what would you do with it?
I’d watch a movie on the couch with my girlfriend, hang out with friends, and read a book on my iPad.

4. What place in the world most inspires you and why?
The Meatpacking district in New York is amazing. So many different people there, you could find yourself in the middle of fashion photo shoot, discover an art gallery in an old warehouse, look at young people partying in a bar at 4pm or enjoy the view of the city from a hotel roof over the Highline. And at the same time you can feel and imagine the old style New York with butchers and tiny stores along the way and people yelling to sell their goods.

5. If you could do a different job for a day what would it be and why?
I’ve always dreamed of having a fish shop…”Hello Madam, how are you today?…2 slices of tuna for the beautiful lady,…coming right up!”

6. What is your favorite homemade gift to give?
I’m a disaster with my hands. The only thing I’m able to do with them is cook, so I hope food is a good gift for people I invite to my place.

7. What is your favorite object in your home?
My fake black and white cow carpet.

8. What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
In every side of  life the most important lesson is learning the sense of proportion.

9. What websites do you use for inspiration?
Ffffound.

10. When do you consider a piece of your work complete?
When I finish a piece I stand up, make coffee, spend a little time on Facebook, call a friend…then I come back. And if it still looks good and I don’t see details to adjust it’s done, yesss!
