Despite being known for his immaculate interiors, superstar designer Nate Berkus feels that his rooms are not complete until they are “filled with laughter and the first piece of furniture has a stain, a scratch, or a nick.” His signature designs were given a larger audience when Nate became Oprah’s design guru. It was with the support of Oprah in 2010 that he launched his own successful daytime TV program, The Nate Berkus Show, featuring celebrity interviews, style tips and home-makeovers. And if you want more of Nate in your home, you can purchase one of his design products from the Home Shopping Network. It’s easy to see – through his designs and his TV show – that Nate is warm, charming, and exceedingly talented. His 10 ANSWERS below show the same qualities.
